in the field of organization there is, among other things, the selection “Influencer / Medien / VIP”. Using the search, I can only find this entry if I enter “VIP” as the keyword, for “Media” and Influencer "this company is not found. What could be the reason?

Check out the value in the database, how it is saving. Could be any spell mistake or any space issue.
also check in the advance search option.
