How to check these schedulers are working or not??
You have lots in information here. Much of it applies only to Linux (setting cron jobs), but some of it applies also to Windows (for example, ways of knowing if it is running, from within SuiteCRM).

Well, that’s what I said above, isn’t it? You asked how to know the jobs were running, I told you there was a section there explaining that, and it applies to both Windows and Linux. Did you try it?
