Scheduled Reports Question

Just wondering if anyone is familiar and knows (save me a bunch of trial and error and experimenting)…

If I have lets say a list of leads in reports and set the filter to assigned user = “current user”

And then setup a scheduled report to go to let’s say “Dave”.

Will Dave get a report of his leads, or my leads because I built the report?

The reason I ask is because i would normally build the report for assigned to = Dave, and then another for Steve, and another for Jan and so on. I just noticed the option for “current user” and wondering how that would work in conjuction with scheduled reports.

That’s interesting question. I think if you’re using aor scheduled reports, then you have to select emails or users.

But it should pick up current use - Dave in your case.
