Any one can guide be so that i can set up a daily import of data?
i am using Windows/Wamp.

What does the daily import consist of? You may need to write a bash/shell script for this.

The daily imports will consist of new Accounts. cant i use JOB-Url ?

You may be able to utilise a cron job to fire a URL call that does the import in some way.
