schedule a report

Hi,
I created a report, I schedule an email to me daily. It works when I run it manually but never received any email.

I looked at http://support.sugarcrm.com/Documentation/Sugar_Versions/7.6/Pro/Application_Guide/Reports/#Scheduling_Reports But I guess because of the version we use, I dont have any “Update Schedule” or Schedule Report" column on my list or detail view.

Any idea what the step to make it work? thanks

Have you set up a cron job on your server?

You can find the cron job entry you need to enter into your crontab on your server in Admin -> Schedulers.

Hi, thanks for your responses!
I have this " Alineasol Report Scheduler" on my scheduler, I didnt find any other job for report with this job url:
url::http://MyServer…/index.php?entryPoint=scheduledTask&module=asol_Reports
It says the job is done but no report sent.
