Is there any way to save an Email-Attachment as a Document directly?
Or any other ideas how to efficiently work with files in SuiteCRM that have been received by email and shall be reused in our SuiteCRM processes?
e.g. we receive Photos from our customers which shall be saved in SuiteCRM and appear in certain modules, and then be attached to future emails we write from within SuiteCRM, and / or be shown in PDFs created in the Quotes/Invoices module.
I’m trying to find out how to do this most effectively and user-friendly.
