SALES COMMISSIONS MODULE - Undefined Issue

I’m getting difficulty when I’m trying to create commision in Sales Commissions Module, getting ‘UNDEFINED’ error in Define Commission Slabs 2nd step.

is this a custom module or a store extension?

Anyways, usually “undefined” labels derive from missing permissions:
