1.as we have Linux server and cron working fine but Run Nightly Mass Email Campaigns schedule not run so please guide for the same

  1. we upgrade sugarcrm to suitecrm7.1.02 after that print pdf not work there is blank screen

Hi there,

What errors are you getting in your error log for the email campaign? Have you attempted to push the emails via Admin -> Email Queue?

This is happening to me too. I have version 7.1.1

And yes, If they are pushed on the admin, they are being sent.

Cronjob:

          • root cd /var/www/vhosts/mydomain/subdomains/mysubdomain/httpdocs; php -f cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1

The cronjob used to work on SugarCRM 6.5.x
