Retrieving module fields data and saving into invoices field using scheduler

Hi, I am getting the issue in while inserting the fetched or retrieved data from custom module to Invoices module fields.
I want to automate the process like as I create ticket or custom invoice from the custom module, it’s fields values must save in Invoices field and should create an invoice.
