[resolved] Unable to edit Contacts Relationships

I can edit other modules file but when I try to edit the relationships on the contacts module this javascript error occurs and it wont load:

I looked on the server and this is the PHP error that seems to tally up:

Is this broken for anyone else?

How can I fix it?

I needed to increase buffer size as url was too long

fastcgi_buffers 16 16k;
fastcgi_buffer_size 32k;
