Rescheduled Call Conditions for Workflow

Setting a trigger on rescheduled calls of a specific reason (e.g. left a voicemail) is broken.

Condition
Module: calls_reschedule
Type: Value
Value: shows “reschedule_reason_list” rather than actual list of values (e.g. left a voicemail)

It is not possible to create a condition to act only on specific types of re-scheduled calls, such as a “sorry I missed you” e-mail.

This looks like the drop down list values have not be defined correctly, have a look in the drop down editor for this “reschedule_reason_list” and see if it is defined, if not create it.
