"reschedule" button on call log

Hello,

I saw recently a seemingly new button, or O have not noticed it before.

“Reschedule”

I figured that it was a button that I could press and I could reschedule the call.

It seems ot list the different times that I have tried to call them.

But how do I enter this information? I end up just noting it in the place where you take notes about the call.

when you press reschedule in detail view it should bring up a windows to enter the reschedule info

I do not get a pop up screen. But, I have attached a screen shot so you see what I see.

Noting pops up, so what you see in the image is all I see.

ah hit the down arrow button to the right of edit and there should be a button that say ‘Reschedule’ and hit that,

This button will only show if the call is outbound and planned

Found it. When you hit the big button “Reschedule”, it seems to see what the reschedule history is. But to reschedule.

Will be usefull.
