Hello, I’ve been trying to generate a report that shows me which companies haven’t had a meeting in the last 30 days. Or that doesn’t have a phone call associated in the last 30 days.
It is very easy to use reports in order to know the meetings a sales representative attended in the last 30 days. But which clients he/she didn’t visit?
I will appreciate your help.

I just did one today… similar, anyways. I wanted to see which clients have not had an open case in the last few months. This was with the free “Base” version of KReporter.
The easiest way was to select the field Accounts::Cases --> DateCreated, and function “Maximum”, then sort ascending. Group by Account --> ID.
What you get is a list of accounts, sorted by the last time a case was created. So at the top of the list are the accounts you haven’t heard from in a while.
If you substitute “Calls” for “Cases”, you’ll get what you’re looking for quick and easy.
