I can’t open some reports.
I see ‘‘loading page, please wait’’ and then server response time for example 506 seconds
Though I can open other reports,
Also I had server limit of RAM memory early.

Great to have you experimenting with SuiteCRM.
But - can I give you a tip - when asking for help in a tech forum, in general one will get more and better replies if make it easy for other people to quickly understand your situation.
So in this case: there is not enough information for someone to say ‘ah, I recognise that problem and know a possible root cause’
Putting your self in the shoes of the other forum readers who may be able to help, the kind of information they will want to see is details:
- it fails for which Reports? (be very specific about the module, the filters etc)
- it works OK for which reports (choose one as similar as possible to the one above - be specific)
- what did you do immediately before running a report that was slow
- when did the problem start -or has it never worked.
- what was the last thing you changed on your CRM, and when
- when version of Suite, PHP - what hosting OS,
- how much customisation has your system had
- what info did you find when looking in logs? which logs? (or not checked any yet)

- give as much info on that as you have - what evidence did you have of a RAM limit - what did you do about it; what tools do you use since to check on RAM usage
- have you ruled out any hardware problem - run any test tools on the CPU or RAM
Your problem is about speed: so other factors are helpful:
- how many users are active on your system at any time
- what cron jobs or workFlows do you have scheduled
- did you try with those all switched off
- what hardware spec is your server - and what else is running on it
- how many Gbs is the MySQL file system
- have you run any of the admin Repair tools (eg quick repair)
- have you experience of running servers and just need help with SuiteCRM or other way round?
Phew… that list is a little too long! So choose the questions that you think will be most useful to forum readers who may be able to help you.

- What is your SuiteCRM Version?
- Which kind of Report working?
- Which kind of Report not working?
