Report module issues

Hi All,

We have hosted suitecrm in azure with sql server as database. When we run a report with all cases fields it throws 500 internal error. We also tried increasing PHP memory limit etc. but no luck and on further investigating of the error logs we notice 500 occurs with smarty class but no further information. any suggestions on what could be the issue?

you really need to provide more info about your system Error 500 means bad code (custom) or bad code handler (php)
