Report: Missing "PARENT dropdown list" while creating dynamic dropdown list

After updating to the latest suiteCRM (7.5.1), the " PARENT dropdown list" was missing while creating new dynamic dropdown list field.
see attached screen shots(1. 7.5.1, 2. 7.4.3)

Thanks for reporting this to us , however there is already a bug report and solution for this.
