Repeated modules in Module tree

I have loaded a fresh install of the SuiteCRM with demo data. When I create a report with Report Module - Contacts I get a modules repeated in the module tree:

Why is this?

It is version 7.10.29, Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344) Windows 11.

What PHP and MySQL version?

Version information: 5.2.0 (up to date)

I believe the issue is with your PHP Version. It’s not compatible with the 7.10.29

Try to downgrade PHP to 7.3 or upgrade SuiteCRM to 7.10.30

I have tried again this time with

SuiteCRM Version 7.11.15
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)
PHP version: 7.2.14
Server version: 10.1.37-MariaDB

(which I believe meets the compatibility requirements) and the exact same issue.

I have loaded it a few times today, different versions of php, SuiteCRM etc and every time the same.

This is looking like a bug to me, but I would first try a few repairs from Admin/Repairs. Make sure you do the Repair relationships and then (patiently) all the Javascript related ones.
