Réparer l'encodage utf

ca fait maintenant deux semaines que j’ai lancé l’outil de réparation de l’encodage UTF dans suitecrm 7.14.0. La réparation n’est toujours pas finie. Que faut il faire ?

It has been two weeks since I launched the UTF encoding repair tool in SuiteCRM 7.14.0. The repair is still not complete. What should be done?

Its done. No process would be running for two weeks. Run it again it should return conclusion.

it’s allways “in progress” !

Mine also got stuck the first time, waited like an hour, then ran it again and completed successfully.
Try repair and rebuild other stuff first.
