remove panel "create account or select account" in convert lead page

Hi,

Is it possible to remove the panel “create account or select account” while converting a lead?

Do I just need to edit the convertdefs in custom?
or is there something else that I need to be reminded such as deleting a relationship or etc.?

Hi,

Just tried to comment out the lines with regards to this panel in /custom and seems working fine.
