Remove "index.php" from url

Hello,
I have installed suitecrm 7.11.18 on a vps (ubuntu 20.04).
The problem is that my installation url is: https://mydomain/index.php?module=Users&action=Login
Is this right? We can’t remove “index.php”?

That’s how the framework works. It follows a protocol to locate items on the site. Short answer. Cannot be removed.
