Remove email from "opt out" list

Hello,

In the process of testing campaigns, I have opted out one of my email addresses. It’s not clear how to remove my email address from the list of opted out emails. The detailed lead entry for my named had “Opted Out” selected but when I unselect it, my email is not mailed in a subsequent test campaign.

  1. How do I remove specific entries from the “opt out” email list?
  2. Is there a way to view the list of all emails that have opted out?

This was occurring b/c of the functionality that prevents an email from a campaign being sent to an email address more than once.
