Related campaign issues during sending email campaign

I created email campaign successfully and add target list also which contains at least 20,000 data .But



I tried to send all emails that are queue in email queue but suite crm didn’t send single email.
I didn’t know what is issue that system is not sending any email. Can anyone help me regarding this why emails are not going??

I changed per batch emails also like 20,000 per batch

Is there any firewall rule that stopping you to send emails? Does your CRM send normal emails ?

  1. Go to Admin / System / Scheduler / To Setup Crontab. Verify you did as it describes.

  2. Go to Admin / System / Scheduler / Run Nightly Mass Email Campaigns / Job Log. Look for the most recent Execute Time, Result, and Job Status.

What’s in your email queue. Please send screen shot. Also, are they being suppressed?
