Record search in pop up window

Hi All,
Kindly suggest how to handle this type of error,

Record have two sentence if i give first sentence it's searching perfectly but if i give second sentence it's not searching in the pop up search and popup list view. I have attached screen shot.

Try adding wildcard to your search query, like this “%lease”
