r theme "all" menu runs of the screen

The suite 7 theme uses a wrap to column for the all menu, but suite R theme does not. Therefore there is no way to select some menu items under the “all” menu because they run off the bottom of the screen.

Yes. Testing on Window 7 with Chrome 41. Upgraded from 7.1.5.

On 1920x1200 it runs off the screen. I tested on another monitor that is 1600x900 and I get horizontal and vertical scrollbars
