When creating Quote, select the Account. When selecting in next step a contact, I would have a range of contacts have been added under the appropriate account - filter only on contacts associated with the account. Possible?
Your question is not clear, you want the pre filtered search or not? because the normal behavior is the pre filtered pop up, you can check on the demo page
