Quick Repair and Rebuild won't work properly

I can’t properly repair and rebuild the suitecrm it will stuck on Rebuilding Relationship and stop:

Operating System?
If Linux:
. have you set permissions correctly? How (please specify how you did it)? Have you checked that the command to set permissions produced the deried result?
