I have a few questions, and I hope I get them across correctly. I am very happy to see the Quotes and Products Modules and if I get the answers I am hoping to it should make my day a lot easier.
Question 1.
Is there any way to do a quote from a lead? I do not want to convert the leads to an account until they are ready to buy due to other systems here.

Whats the difference between a good and a service? I would love to be able to put a service in a quote and select them like I do a good. Is this possible?
So if I am doing up a quote, and I have 3 of x product (tangible product, or a good) I can press the little blue arrow and select said product. But to add a service there is no button. Yet I can set whether something is a good or a service in the Product Creation tab. -
Our pricing varies on certain things. Mostly do to dollar value, and sales etc. If I put product pricing in at the beginning of the month , and a sales person makes a quote for a potential customer with that price. They save it as a PDF and email it. Customer doesn’t get back to them for 28 days. I in the mean time have changed the pricing to reflect the updated pricing, will it change the quote price? If so, is there a way to lock it down in the system that quote pricing does not change?

If I do email a quote out to someone (PDF attachment) inside of CRM, where does it show that it was sent? I have looked in History and I cannot see it.
