I am taking over a Managed Service Provider marketing/sales department. I have been in sales for 9-10 years and always have used a CRM. The owner of the company and I have been looking for a CRM that will help us do better in sales. I suggest we look into a CRM and it looks like Suite CRM will work for what I am trying to accomplish. I have never used this program but am very interested in it. I wanted to know if there are any tips people can suggest for me as a new user? I am looking to import some leads from excel file I have.
