Question about conditions in Reports Module

Hello.

I need to create Report color=#0000ff for module: Firewall Details color=#0000ff. There suppose to be 50 firewalls with some data, ok?
And all those firewalls connected to Accounts(in my CRM they calls Sites) color=#0000ff

But part of my Sites(Accounts) are not relevant any more and they have status field: Not Active

So my task is to filter from report all Firewalls from Not Active sites. I don’t want to see them. And feature “Conditions” in Reports module suppose to do that job for me. But it doesn’t work. And it seems like a bug, or maybe I’m doing it in wrong way. Here is the problem:

Do you see? I can’t choose value “Not Active” because value cell doesn’t appear at all.
What do you think? Is there any solution?

what suite version are you using?
are those screenshots of you creating that report for the first time or editing an all ready excising report? if it was already existing, what was the condition before you made that change?

Version of Suite depending on this one as I believe the report has had massive improvements recently

Also you may want to try and create the report from the Accounts module not firewall module

For Cameron:
We are using Version 7.6.5
Those screenshots was from editing an already existing report. Before I tried to make changes there had been no conditions at all.

For TaufiqueAhmed:
I’m not sure there is need to create report for Sites(Accounts) if I need to see data only for Firewalls. 1 field data from Sites I need only in conditions to make filter of some Firewalls that are not relevant.

Hello everybody. Somebody know how to solve that problem?

HI there
I just read back what I wrote!
Sorry I meant try writing the report from the Products module

I can see from your screen shot of the condition you are jumping through 2 modules to reach your condition

Firewall Details : Products : Sites > Site Status

If you make the report based on the Products module to condition would be

Products : Sites > Site Status

This being a 1 module reach to your condition

You will still be able to reach all of your Firewall Details from Products for the report fields

I had a similar issue with another scenario but same premise really

TaufiqueAhmed, I tried to do what you told. I receive crashed page as report. Sometimes it’s fine, but most of the time don’t want to load because of error.
Here is settings

You sometimes get an error and sometimes it’s fine?

Have you tried to upgrade to the latest version of SuiteCRM - 7.7.4?

Not yet, I need test it on backup machine. I’ll do that and update you. Thanks for you help.

TaufiqueAhmed, thanks a lot for your help.

I upgraded CRM to 7.7.6 and did as you told me. Works very good
