I need to create Report color=#0000ff for module: Firewall Details color=#0000ff. There suppose to be 50 firewalls with some data, ok?
And all those firewalls connected to Accounts(in my CRM they calls Sites) color=#0000ff
But part of my Sites(Accounts) are not relevant any more and they have status field: Not Active
So my task is to filter from report all Firewalls from Not Active sites. I don’t want to see them. And feature “Conditions” in Reports module suppose to do that job for me. But it doesn’t work. And it seems like a bug, or maybe I’m doing it in wrong way. Here is the problem:
Do you see? I can’t choose value “Not Active” because value cell doesn’t appear at all.
What do you think? Is there any solution?
what suite version are you using?
are those screenshots of you creating that report for the first time or editing an all ready excising report? if it was already existing, what was the condition before you made that change?
For Cameron:
We are using Version 7.6.5
Those screenshots was from editing an already existing report. Before I tried to make changes there had been no conditions at all.
For TaufiqueAhmed:
I’m not sure there is need to create report for Sites(Accounts) if I need to see data only for Firewalls. 1 field data from Sites I need only in conditions to make filter of some Firewalls that are not relevant.
TaufiqueAhmed, I tried to do what you told. I receive crashed page as report. Sometimes it’s fine, but most of the time don’t want to load because of error.
