Questing on completed calls not displaying in history

H there,

we’d like to implement a way that a planned and also the finished call is displayed within the history of the modules Account/Contacts/Opportunities

What we did so far:

We created relations between Calls and the mentioned products 1:N, so we are able to show the realtions in an easy way. In every subapanel created, the call is listed.

If we set the call to status finshed/succeded it normaly moves in the history of all the modules.

But at the moment the history works displays only for the contacts module, not for accounts and contacts. (in these to modules the entry is only shown in the summary.

Can’t find a solution right now. Any hints or solutions?

Btw. all moduls are set to visible in the admin menu!

Thank you so far!

Does anyone can provide a hint or soluition? Maybe its a bug!

Suite has a default relationship option for that.

Go to Studio in the Admin panel -> Click the module for which you want the relationship (in your case Accounts, Opportunities) -> go to relationships -> create the type of relationship you want with ‘Activities’ and it’ll do the job for you.

Thank you for the answer.

The relationships works correct. Problem is that a planned call i showing up in every subpanel. I we change it to succeded the call usually moves to the history panel.

For relation on contact it works, but not for the relations towards account and opportunity.

Maybe it depends on the filtering of the history modul.

Any ideas?

Have you set the relationship in Accounts and Opportunities module with Activities ?? Also if you could provide us with a screenshot it would be helpful in understanding your query better.

Hi there,

i do not have any modul activities in the studio i can build a relation to. Activities seem to group calls, notices and meetings in one subpanel from the flex relate field

Als i removed the flex relate field (related to), it seems only this relation is used for the history subpanel!

Attached the screenshot.

You are going the other way around.

Go to the Accounts/Opportunities module in Studio, click on relationships -> Add Relationship, you’ll get the screen.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the same for your convenience.

Hey Sid,

thank you for your help. But i think i will need it the other way round to get it working.

I can only set a relation 1:n towards activities which brings no further relate field in the calls module or any other activity modul.

Is there any other possiblity to build a relation the other way round? In the Studio it seems not possible!

Thank you in advance
