In the Call reminder mail and in the Meeting reminder mail, prospect name is to be displayed.
For this , I have edited in the /include/language/en_us.notify_template.html
For the Call reminder,
Prospect Name : {CALL_PARENT_NAME}
For the Meeting reminder,
Prospect Name : {MEETING_PARENT_NAME}
But, in the reminder mails it is not displayed. Only ‘Prospect Name’ is only displayed.
Kindly suggest me what wrong with this. Thanks in advance.
