Hi,
Hope you are well. I cannot see the ‘Profile’ option in the settings menu for each user. Is it possible to get assistance.
Is this an incorrect security suite setting?

Try with different screen sizes, it could be collapsed.
Sometimes the word “profile” doesn’t appear, instead you see the user name itself, and that’s where you have to click.

Which theme are you using? This might be due to the Theme settings too.

Hi,
I am using the Sugar-Project Theme purchased from the store. Unfortunately the creator of the plugin is not very helpful at all.
I am trying to do a workaround as my client prefers to use this theme.
