In All/Products I have 14 products listed.
When I create the dashlet “Product”, I see no products listed.
What do I need to do?

If you used the existing Dashlet, it’s not a “Products” Dashlet, it’s a “My Products” Dashlet, which shows only Products assigned to the currently logged in user.
You can edit the Dashlet’s properties and uncheck “My items” to make it show every product. Or you can assign the Products to your user to make them visible as “My items”.
If this is not your issue, please explain better how you created the Dashlet.
