Problems with upgrade version with information

when i execute the upgrading proccess it´s successful but when i browse the application don´t show all infomation but this information It’s in the database.
Why is this happening?

Sorry, I don’t understand the issue. Can you explain it a bit more detailed, maybe with screenshots if necessary?

Not sure about this part, besides configuration files/uploads, everything is stored on db level.

Can you post relevant lines (fatal and error) from your 2 log files (suitecrm.log and php_errors.log)?

Version of PHP?
Type and version of database?
Type and version of OS?

Solution. Set timezone in php.ini file.
