problems installation

Hello,

I’ve tried to install international Language Support (ar_EG_SuiteCRM_v7301) on a fresh SugarCRM 7.3.1 installation.

After going to “admin -> module manager -> upload”, the page reloads and the module loader keeps beeing blank.

If I delete from “ar_EG_SuiteCRM_v7301.zip” from /uploads/langpack/, the modul loader works fine again.

Any ideas?

Im not sure if this will help.

If you are using linux perhaps try navigating to the your SuiteCRM instance using the terminal.

Then try ->

“sudo chown -R www-data:www-data .; sudo chmod -R 777 .”

Hopefully this might fix it
