I’ve just run the upgrade wizard from 7.1.x to 7.2.1, and now have the message “Sugar CRM 6.5.17 Files May Only Be Used With A Sugar CRM 6.5.17 Database” when I try to access SuiteCRM.
Any help/guidance would be appreciated.

Looks like permissions prevented the config file being written to.
I would advise setting permissions correctly, then changing the sugar_version in config.php to 6.5.20, log in to the CRM and then run a Quick Repair & Rebuild in Admin -> Repair.

Thanks for the help.
As recommended I’ve changed the sugar_version in config.php and access is now restored.
I’ll tackle the permissions later today - but I’m up and running again which is tha main thing.
