Problem with signature

Hi!
we are configuring a new version, 7.13, of the system for our company. unfortunately, we do not know how to add so that the user, when sending an e-mail from the place where the message is entered, can change (or disable completely) the signature that is used in this message.
we have three footers added in the settings, but we do not know how to add the option to switch them there.

version 7.13.4

Sugar version 6.5.25 (compilation 344)

in oldest version it was in the “option” menu ( version 7.8.23)

This all changed in 7.13+ These settings are no longer in the user account, but in the actual outbound email account now.
