problem with ical updating the meeting time on google calendar

Hello,

I am facing an issue of updating the meeting time in my google calendar. I was able to set up a meeting through suite crm and was able to sync the time to google calendar, but when I update the meeting time google sends an entirely new meeting request without updating the previous meeting time. So this creates two events in my google calendar for one meeting the old one and the new one.
Any help with this is appreciated.

How are you creating/updating the meeting in your google calendar? Can you provide screen shots of your steps?

Hi,

When I set up a meeting in suitecrm and click on send invite to invitee I recieve an emai to accept the meeting and add it to google calendar in gmail. But when I try to resend the meeting request with updated time I get a new email altoghether instead of time getting updated on google calendar.

Hi kesha,

Your issue is not a bug in SuiteCRM but simply functionality which is not there. If you want a sync between Google/SuiteCRM then you may need to utilise plugins to get your required results.

Can you suggest some good plugins? I have a 7.1.2 instance that I’m trying to get hooked up to google calendar for our users right now. . .
