Problem when importing Accounts with custom ID Field

Hi there,

I did a Custom Integer Field and Logic Hooks. Everything perfect until I tried to Import around 1000 Accounts. I got all Records with the same ID Number.

Could someone please suggest me how to solve this Problem?

Sorry, what is your version of SuiteCRM? I can’t remember everything, I’m on too many threads here :frowning:

There’s a fix there, maybe you can try it.

If not, then it might depend on exactly how you customized and how you imported. If you can try your CSV on the online demo you can check if the bug is only in your system

Hi @pgr,

my Suitecrm is 7.8.8. I tried to read the posts you gave me but I did not get the solution. Is there a simple way to solve it? I tried to create a list of ids on my excel account list but when imported I get every time the same id number for every record.

Is that id “2” the id present in the first row in the CSV?
