Problem completing Email Marketing Campaign

Hi,

I’m having a problem reaching the final step of Email Campaigns. After filling in the fields in the “Marketing” step, clicking “Next” redirects me to the dashboard. If I click on the edit icon of the campaign, it takes me back to Marketing and says “missing required field” for Marketing Email Name and Start Date.

Diagnostics indicate no problems with Email and Scheduler components, and I am able to send regular emails. There is no data in my Email Queue. I’m using Version 7.11.12,
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344).

Any help would be much appreciated!

Do you see any clues in your logs at the time of these events?

Or on your browser’s developer console, any Javascript errors?

Hi, thank you for your response! My error log says “PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: cron.php running with user that is not in allowed_cron_users in config.php”. I’ve added my user name to config.php but am still encountering the same problem.

I hope you’re not using “root” user.

And I hope your permissions are right…

Please check the user name that appears under *Admin / Schedulers", below the table. Is that the user name you used?
