Problem Assigned User Id

when i use advance search and selct an user on Assgned user field, the result ofsearchis empty but the user select has one or plus records and there aren’t any filter.
I’m administrator of CRM.



As I remember correctly, first CLEAR the selection. Then, add the desired Assignee and click Search
It may well be that it won’t help you but give it a try, my memory isn’t what it used to be anymore :wink:
