Price value in quotes changes by itself

Hi,

I installed 7.11.3 (after upgrade to 7.11.6 its the same). Configured a product Test1 with a price of 100€.
Created a quote, added a group and product line and selected Test1. Quantity is 1. The line fields List, Sale Price and Total all show 10,000,00. Total shows 100,000,000,000,000,00. Clicking on any of the fields: List, Sale Price and Total show 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,00.
After changing from default local settings: 1.000 separator to “.” and decimal separator to “,” it seems to work.
