Prevent user customizable Homepage layout

Hi :slight_smile:
I am having this issue with a team where users are removing their homepage dashlets by clicking the X

We have tried to use the ‘Prevent user customizable Homepage layout’ option

This stops the user from being able to move the location of dashlets but still allows them to click the penice and X

Is there a simple way to mass hide these options for non admin users?

I don’t know easy decision. You should write custom php code. You can start with look at files in directory include/MySugar.
Each user has parameters of dashlet in UserPreferences.
