Prevent uploaded documents from being sent/shared? šŸ—ƒ

Hi guys.

Iā€™m wondering if there is a way to prevent a document which is uploaded/added to ā€œDocumentsā€ from being sent/shared by email etc. by an employee?

Also is there a way to prevent certain users from accessing certain files in the ā€œDocumentsā€ module?

From the default view as seen in the screenshot of creating a document in suiteCRM there is not option to control these thingsā€¦

Maybe you could set role for the group from the admin dashboard :crossed_fingers: :thinking:
