I’m currently pursuing an opportunity and would like to know, in your experience if SuiteCRM can meet the needs and how.
The needs are simple :
- CRM must have active and past services portfolio for the customers.
- Services are activated in external systems via WS Calls
- CRM must expose webservices to :
- Query customer
- Query customer services
- Update service status (OK / NOK)
In terms of other CRM typical functionality (sales, leads, marketing, case management) there will be no implementations (at least for now).
Is Suite CRM suitable for this?
How would you recommend this implementation?
