Currently I am hoping to add CRM into their toolbox. One of the core aspects of their business is solid old school customer service. They are awesome.
One of their hard requirements is the ability to generate a list of accounts/clients (based on variables such as birthdays, business anniversaries, Christmas cards, or whatever) to receive their very own USPS parcel. This is currently done for them with LOLA which is being castaway by my efforts.
In reading through forums (
yes I did some reading) I only found one from a couple of years ago. By the time I got to the end of this thread I wasn’t sure if it could be done at all and I was late to yesterday’s dinner.
The question before the house, within the confines of SuiteCRM can I send out USPS birthday cards to a list generated by SuitCRM?

What exactly is the requirement for that list? Is it something you could do with Reports module, simply listing out a group of Accounts with their names and addresses?
