I’m an admin, and if I go into Opportunities for example and do an advanced search and save it, how do I share that with my users? I can’t seem to find any way to have global views, so instead I’ve had to go create them on each users machine. Not the end of the world but becoming an issue when trying to update them and so on. I don’t think I’ve seen a CRM that doesn’t feature this so I figure I must be missing something obvious. Thanks!
I am sharing leads by creating a report. As a user you can add it to your home page as a dashlet.
Another option for you might be having the users add “My Opportunities” as a dashlet, then go into Edit and uncheck "
That said, I would like to see a “who can see” flag like X2 has for everything a user can create; show to all or private.

Making saved searches available for all users would definitely be a nice feature. Instead of copying them manually using the UI, I use DB queries to share them between users.
