popup searches only date format for "date created", but field is in datetime by default so no search results

Hi,

I am using version 7.4.1. When there is a popup window to select data, the search field for “date created” only searches in date format. But the “date created” data are in datetime by default, so no search result is displayed. How can this be fixed?

I tried changing the datetime format to date from within the database, but the data still displays as datetime format. The time becomes a random 17:00.

I am not a programmer. Could somebody help point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Just did a test and adding the “date_entered” field in the Search box I can get results of the date entered, maybe you have someting else filtered.
