Populating checkboxes from CSV file

I am currently attempting a large data upload of products via the Import Wizard in Suite CRM. All fields seem to upload smoothly except those with check boxes. We have three check boxes in our products modules; Hazardous, Programming Required & Export Controlled.

I was wondering if anybody knew of a way to formulate these fields in the CSV file which then populates the check boxes in Suite?

I would suggest to export an existing record, this way you get a template that shows how to pass the information.
