Populate a target list only with leads if they are not also contacts

Hello folks,

I am a few days into SuiteCRM an have the following thing to be sorted out:

I would like to populate a target list with leads but only those, whose email addresses are not also a contact’s email address.

In plain English. I don’t want to send leads an email if they are already customers (contacts).

Any help/suggestion is very welcomed.

You can put the contacts on a Suppression list in the same campaign.

The normal process is when a lead is converted to a contact, SuiteCRM marks the old lead as “converted” you could filter out “converted” status in your target list selection. If you’re database isn’t clean might be worth one off going through and marking LEADS that have been converted to CONTACTS but not marked as such and also adding the appropriate relation to the contact.
